We had bad weather Friday and my wifi connection on my laptop and IPhone was lost. It asked me to enter the wifi password and I couldnt remember it. Therefore, I did a reset with the button on the back of the router, held it for 15 seconds and now when I go to my wifi settings, my connection doesnt appear. What do. I do? I tried to get help on NETGEAR.COM but since its been after 90 days, they wont help
