So my iphone says that it's charging but the battery percentage keeps going down. It was working fine but it started doing this this morning, I got it to work again and it stopped again. I did the hard reset and regular reset, should I just reset my entire phone. I don't have an apple plan or my phone service isn't with apple so I really can't get help from them. Someone please tell me sone good news, I have somewhere to go and my phone is my only alarm
Added (1). Update: I turned off the phone for a few seconds again after it fell lower than 10% and it started working again. It's the same thing that happened last time. The phone was pretty much dead, below 10% and then when I restarted it it was working. IDK
