We're in zante and my friends bag got stolen on the strip and it had her iPhone and her purse and our hotel keys (which we had to pay 150 Euro for the two keys and the new lock because the keys had the name of the hotel on it so they were worried someone will trespass). We have the receipt for the keys, and our holiday rep is going to write a statement about the theft. Is there a way we can claim for anything? I think my friend who's bag it was had travel insurance with Debenhams.
