Ok so I'm an 18 year old male. And about three weeks ago I got robbed at gun point for my iPhone 7 I gave the guy my phone and everything but I really can't stop thinking about it just earlier this week I was walking down the street and some guy was walking his dog behind me and i started screaming because I thought it was that guy who robbed me again, and I cried when I got home. And now it's very difficult for me to fall asleep at night. And I really don't wanna leave my house anymore. I really don't wanna see a therapist because I really don't wanna tell my family how I'm really feeling
