How to solve GPS Problem in iPhone 3GS with BB 6.15.00 on iOS6.01?

I got a problem with my iPhone 3GS with BaseBand 6.15.00 … It cant simultaneously connect to Sim network or wifi and GPS on.Is there any new fix for this BB problem.
