I just got a new computer with window 8 and then had to get a new phone. I know how to drag and drop from other devices but my computer does not even recognize that this new phone is plugged in, so there is no dragging and dropping going on. Someone told me that I had to use iTunes, but when I go to iTunes there is no menu options for pictures .
