Hi I bought an iPhone4s Jan12 On contract. The phone messed up in October time. I was having issues with battery plus there was no sound. I went to the Genius Bar and he gave me a refurbished model. Now that has messed up Everytime the phone gets to 40% battery, It cuts out. I have a genius bar appointment tomorrow, What are my likely options? Could They offer me another refurbished? P. s. I have never jailbroken my iphone(s).
