Hi im trying to change my cracked iphone screen and was seeing this video for help: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jH-u_mFk2BA
but as soon as i put the sucker on the screen only the glass screen is coming out not the whole thing where i can disconnect the cables etc.
what can i do? :(
