I have my phone on wifi, and when I try to send picture messages to people who don't have iMessage while my 3G is off, it won't let me.It's very frustrating, because before I ha a data plan, picture messaging was just part of my regular plan.So I think it's a bit ridiculous if I have to use my data to send a picture message to someone without an iPhone. Someone please help, I'm very confused!
