Ok i had a broken iphone 5 up for bidding on ebay but a man wrote to me offering me £220 if i ended it then and sent him an invoice on paypal i needed the money for a new phone asap so i accepted and ended the listing. I sent the phone out the next day after the funds cleared in to my bank. I cant find the recipt anywhere… how much trouble am i in? i spent the money on a new phone and i dont believe the guy when he said he said he didnt recieve it i dont have the money for a refund… help???
