I just did a fresh install of windows 7 and updated drives ect, and a day later I went to connect my IPhone 4S so I could use the hotspot and no Internet option comes up. The iPhone charges and I can open the images folder ect but no Internet option:( It works on my laptop without any problems. I did notice that my computer didn't install the IPhone drivers when it connected but I have no idea how to do that manually without internet. Any help would be appreciated
