Heyyy Guys!
OK so I live in the West indies and I have family in the US. I want a 5s but they wont spend the full price for an unlocked phone. But they have unlocking services where I live so I suggested that they buy the 16g with at&t and I get it unlocked where I live. They said they have to set up a plan and contract with at&t. Can they just set up any random plan and give me the phone then I unlock it without paying for the service plan per month?
