my iPhone 4s plays music when i plug in the headphones but when i try and play music out loud its silent. The volume is up and there is no problem with the volume limiter so there shouldn't be a reason for it not to play out loud. I have tried cleaning the headphone jack but i don't know if it helped or i didn't do it right. Can someone give me an insight into what has happened and whether I need to replace it? Thanks
