brighthouse techs are stumped. I have a toshiba satellite p855-s5200 running windows 7 64-bit.
After switching from verizon to brighthouse this computer will not connect to the internet.
The laptop says that it has perfect connection strength. When switching to a wired connection, it doesnt acknowledge the change.
after resetting the router the internet will work breifly (less than 2 minutes).
I have an iphone and 4 android devices connected and working flawlessly. Brighthouse guy had his laptop connected with no issues.
the router is set as "tkip/aes"
Could verizon have anything to do with this? Any thoughts/ advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
