Okay so I have an iPhone 4, and the other day I was trying to send my friend a picture and it just would not send. I can receive pictures I just can't can't send them. When I try to send a picture it says "delivered" but then 3 seconds later, it says not delivered. I know it's not my wifi because I tried at like 3 different places, and it not my phones internet because it wasn't sending using cellular data.
