I am currently earning money for the iphone 6 so me and my friend have agreed that we could run an actual yard sale. We are going to bake cakes and sell loom bands (ready made) as they are the latest craze at the moment where we live. As well as stuff in good condition like my old ds and toys we had when we were Younger. However will I need any permits or is it in I illegal anyway. I live in the uk in a county called Surrey.
