My plan it AT&T and my sister doesn't want to get that thing where you pay to use internet or something.So I was wondering, can I use safari/tumblr/Facebook on my phone without it? I /think/ I remember using it two years ago when I went but I can't be sure. And I already know it will add to the bill, but again, can I use those apps and the internet on my phone there?
