i sold an iPhone and clearly stated no returns. In the description i did not say the iPhone was unlocked to all networks and they are now complaining because they say it was falsely advertised. I know i should have explained this buy other ebay members asked this question before bidding, i do not think this is an example of false advertising. They are demanding a refund and are threatening to report me to ebay if i refuse, however with the money they paid i have already paid the 10% to ebay, listing fees and paypal fees to transfer to my bank account which amounted to £20+. If i do end up having to refund the money can i get this back?
