Hi I'm after some advice and worried sick I sold my iPhone 6 plus for 800 on ebay 2 weeks ago he paid I posted out with tracking number and I trasfured the money to my bank account and used it to pay some bills off last night I had a inbox from eBay saying the buyer as opened a case be cos the phone box was empty no phone only a box wot is completely untrue so wot happens now if I just leave it? Iv removed all my bank details from eBay and paypal if I just leave it and don't refund the money will I get locked up or police turn up on my doorstep please help I'm worried sick the buyer is trying to pull a fast one
