How do you cancel an already shipped order?
I've recently ordered an IPod Touch 6 on the Apple store.Currently, its shipping status is at 'Custom Clearance In Progress' and whenever I tried to press the 'Cancel Order' button it says 'Your item(s) have already shipped. You may be able to request a return for your item on the Orders page.' Does this mean I have to wait until the item arrives and then I have to issue a return to get a refund back? Once the item arrives, can I ask the person who's delivering it to return it back?
Help please.Reason is that I wanna preorder the IPhone SE instead.
