Honda Civic Stalling after changing Wires?

My Honda Civic was acting completely whacky the past couple weeks. During a drive I noticed the car idling awfully poorly, when it got to the point of shifting it would sputter a couple of times before shifting. I found this odd and pulled over and checked under the hood. The 3rd spark plug wire was popped out of the cylinder head.So I pushed it back down thinking it was nothing, it did it again after another short drive and stalled at a red light. I eventually got it started (Thank god I was about 30 feet from an Advanced Auto parts store) I pulled into Advanced Auto and did a little diagnostics (I didn't have much cash on me to buy the obvious solution… WIRES!) so I bought some Fuel Injection cleaner and did that.It got me home (A little over an hour ride, I was on my way home from work when this happened).

I started the car up a week later completely forgetting the issue with the wire popping out of the cylinder head. I drove it to town, no issues, drove it back no issues. Next day I drove it to town again, wire popped out again. I babied it home and decided it was time to replace the wire. (I changed the plugs, cap and rotor about 3 weeks earlier and had no issues with them). The next day I bought a set of wires, I replaced the 3rd wire just to see if I could get it to mimic the behavior of the night before. No issues. I took it for a test drive around the block no issues whatsoever. So I changed the remainder of the plug wires and was on my merry way thinking all was good. (This was at about 11:00 PM at night and all I had on me for a light was my Iphone so the lighting wasn't the best)

The next morning I came out and was headed to town. I got to the end of my road (About a 1/4 mile) and noticed a funny sputter, almost like it was out of gas (I was somewhat close to empty but I definitely don't think I was that low) I turned right and went to make a U-Turn and the car stalled and wouldn't start back up.

I pushed the car about 1/8 of the mile up my road before I decided this was asinine. I tried starting it again, it started and stalled immediately. My friend came down to the end of the road, gave me some gas, checked a couple of obvious choices that could cause the car to do this (Fuel Pump, Fuel Rail ect.ect.) No dice. He eventually got it running, I drove to the gas station immediately and put about 1/2 a tank in. I drove right home, decided to give it another shot just to see if it was no fuel. Got the car down the road, up the next road (Test driving it) and right at the intersection where it was either go left to town or right home.It gave a weird sputter. I drove it home. Checked the wires that night, noticed the first plug wire was a tad loose. Buttoned that up and haven't taken it for a test drive yet (Except to the end of my road and back late last night).

Note: Prior to the Plug wire popping out of the cylinder head, there had been no history of stalling.

NOTE 2: The stall it did AFTER replacing the plug wire was completely different than the one where the plug wire popped out.

Do you guys think the loose plug wire (On the first cylinder) could have been the cause of the stall? I checked the plugs and they're all good, the Dizzy was recently replaced as well (Not ruling that out either but I find it to be a less likely issue).

Thanks for reading my ramblings and hopefully you guys can help me find my issue before I have to go back to work with the fear of breaking down on the highway lol
