So i just moved to Canada, and I need a new phone plan, but I guess because I got my iphone 4s through at&t it's locked and I can't get a plan until it's unlocked. I've tried using SAM and various online programs and tutorials, but I can't seem to be able to get them to work (I am aware that it is user error, not the programs, but clearly I am not great at this kind of thing, and as I just moved, I have not local friends to help me). I don't want to have to get a new phone. Please help this technologically illiterate fool out.
