Hi I got my iPhone in June 2012 and it works fine and everything but in the beginning of winter i was running outside in the cold and I tried to turn down my music and it was jammed… I tried pressing it hard and it worked but then when I got home ot was totally jammed, I still haven't gotten it fixed… I went to apple last weekend and they told me they will replace my phone… But I was just wondering like why did this happen and is there a way I can fix it on my own? I've tried using those air blower things to get dust out but that doesn't work either… I just didn't expect this with a fairly new phone. What do you think..? Thanks.
