Okay I have an account that posts quotes and I follow a bunch of people a day to get followers and it always stops me from following so many people at once then I can click follow and it will go green then go blue but for the past 4 days it won't let me follow! I've logged off on my iPhone and android phone, logged out a bunch of times, restated both of my phones, and still nothing! It's starting to make me really mad! Help?! What can I do?!
