I never ordered the U2 album, but it is in my cloud. It is not in my purchase history. I do not know the date, so I cannot look on my bank card statements.
I did purchase three ringtones. They all disappeared from my cloud. Only one appears in my purchase history.
I purchased three more (two were re-purchased). They are all in my cloud, but refuse to download.
Does this happen a lot? I have not seen this before.
