i was at the mall food court with family and some seemingly friendly looking guy in a coat with a bible approached asking to use phone to text someone. We are suspicious and start asking him questions and he gives shady replies. I don't give him the phone but he goes up to some other guy and convinces him to lend his phone. Turns out he types out a long message about some crime on the dudes phone and then leaves. Super weird.
Any clue what that's all about? Was it a scam or a set up? Everything about it is shady.
