So my dad got me an iPhone 6s Plus from China and it turned out to be fake, you can tell it s fake by the weight and the software (Android software instead of iOS which I found extremely weird). Now I want to recycle it for money in order to buy a real iPhone. I just want to know if it s legal to recycle it even though it s fake. What would happen if I do recycle it and they find out it s fake?
