This morning my phone was working fine and doing everything it was supposed to, but I left the room for a while and when I came back about ten minutes later to check my phone, the screen was black. When the home button is pushed, it does nothing, and when the lock button is pushed or held it does nothing. However, when you first plug it in, it still does the buzzing, and if I flip the little switch to turn it to silent, it still does the buzz then. I really need to get this solved, since I'm leaving on business Tuesday. Any help/ advice or diagnostics would be highly appreciated:)
