My brother just recently passed away.My family and I have been trying to get into his iPhone 4, but we have no idea what his passcode is. We took it to Verizon, and they told us that all we had to do was plug it into iTunes and click restore passcode. Well, when we did that, the only option I saw was restore. And the thing is, we want all his information (pictures, phone calls, texts, and etc.) to still be on his phone. We do not want this deleted. I heard you can put all the information on iTunes, and then put it back on your iPhone, but I have no idea how to do this. I desperately need help, please!
