My iPhone 4s will not send pictures to other cell phones.It sends them trough iMessage and I can receive but it will not send.It says that it sends then puts a little red exclamation mark next to the picture.
I have reset my network settings.
I have reset my phone.
I have MMS on.
I did not remove picture messaging.
My 4GS is on.
I have storage room.
I do have AT&T and this has been going on for a week now! Please help!
