Is the iPhone 3GS still worth it in 2012?

Please don't give me the "Just get an iphone 4 or 4s. I don't like iphone 4's. And the iphone 5 is waaay to expensive (for now).So It begs the question, is the iphone 3GS still worth it in 2012?
