If I'm not happy with my blackberry phone and it keeps messing up. Could I get an iphone, even though my contract's not due for like one more year? I have verizon. And if they replaces my phone, would they replace it with the same phone except like used&fixed? They did that to my mom last year. Or could just tell them I want another phone, even if its pre-owned?
