Dropped iPhone 4 in the toilet, put it in rice, after 8 hours it started vibrating in the bag.turned itself on and off several times, told me to connect to iTunes.it wouldn't let me restore it but it started working.the screen flickered a little and it will sometimes go to voice control.the home button doesn't work at all.i put it back in the rice and figured id leave it in there for another day or so.is this the best method?
