So ive heard that the newest iphones 4 cant be unlock i bought it thrue ebay so i dnt think they bought it recently.so i dont know if to unlock it it needs to be in line (or service, att*), so i dont know if it needs to be in service.what do i need to have to unlock an iphone 4 from att?
