Hello everyone.
I upgraded my phone today to a iphone 5. I went to the T-mobile store to upgrade (in the UK). But I've been having a lot of problems with it. The reception is really poor at my house compared to my old phone and the screen is really unresponsive. I have to tap the screen about ten times sometimes before something happens!!! Also as a side note, the more I use the phone, the more I realise I hate the interface on the iphone and really prefer the android interface.
Would I be able to return this phone? I read elsewhere online that only phones bought online can be returned within 7 days, but not phones bought in store? Any advice?
