My iphone has been turned off from my carrier, the bill is just crazy high so we cannot pay it right now and it only will work with wifi, tomorrow I will be out of town, maybe 45 minutes away and I'm going to need my phone and I'm scared none of the places I'll be at will have wifi, I know this is a stupid question but I'm desperate and I want to know if there's any possible way I can have my phone working at any time tomorrow
