I just bought my iPhone 5. Before I left the store I disabled Siri. I work as a software developer all day. The last thing I need is a computer talking.
The main reason is the fact that my Android experience with Voice Talk (samsung galaxy note) was really bad. The voice assistant popped up all the time.It disrupted normal use of the phone.So many customers complained that the finally provided a means to make it go away.
