How much information should be included on an email signature?

I have a boss who includes his name, title, company logo, phone numbers, and slogans. Not to mention a quick listing of all the things our company sells. I on the other hand prefer to keep it simple. just my name, company name, and phone number because most of my customers are "on the go" and don't need to download tons of stuff on an iPhone while in the car.

But what do YOU think is the way to go? Include everything so that there's no excuse for not responding? Or keeping it simple?
