The phone is over a year old, it was on 70% charge and then just turned off and wouldn't turn back on, i plug it into a charging point and it powers up but says i have no service and doesn't charge past 1 percent then goes to the black screen with an apple after a few minutes… is this a problem with the battery that will need to be replaced? or something a factory reset would solve? serious answers please thanks
Added (1). Also my power button doesnt work, ive been locking it through the accessibility button thingy: S
