My phone crashed! It kept freezing in apps so I tried to just close the apps but even when I did that they still froze when I tried to use them? So I shut my phone off thinking it should fix it, but now it won’t turn on? Like the apple logo pops up but just stays on the screen for like a minute and then my phone shuts off again. Sometimes even if I don’t touch the power button on my phone the apple logo just pops up randomly. I don’t know what’s wrong with it and I’m really upset. My iPhone isn't even a year old yet, I only got it the beginning of October 2013 and nothing else had ever happened to it, not water damage but I have dropped it a couple times. Any help would be awesome?
