I sold an iphone on ebay and sent it with royal mail 1st class signed for. I have a copy of the receipt so im sure that is proof of postage. It has been well over 15 days and the buyer hasnt received the item, i tracked it and it says it is still with royal mail. I think its lost. Will I be charged for this by ebay/paypal. I dont have the money right now, ive sent off a claim to royal mail with all the evidence needed, but it will only give me £50 compensation. Are ebay/paypal going to charge me still for the amount it sold (£130).
