Hello! I have an Iphone 4s running IOS 7. My family and I are going to Europe for two weeks and I'd like to bring my phone with me so I can take pictures and keep in touch with my friends, HOWEVER I don't want any international charges for texting, data, etc. I want to bring it around with me to take pictured but ONLY would like to use it to text and use data when I'm on hotel Wifi. Is there a way I can do this so I don't get charged? Thanks.
