I had a $15 iTunes card on my iPhone with about $11 left to spend so I went to clash of clans and purchased the $9.99 gems pack and i got the gems instantly… Afterwards when i went to the iTunes store to see how much i had left on my card it said i still had $11… Later on i received an email from apple with the receipt and it said i did purchase it and that it was billed to my store credit… So why didn't it take money from my card if on the receipt it said i had bought it?
