Will a Magic Jack (Voice-Over-IP) be compatible with a Google Nexus7 tablet?

Magic Jack (Voice-Over-Internet), inexpensive device that offers "free" phone service and attaches via USB port to desktops, laptops, iPhones, and other devices.

It's requirements are that the device has a USB port, with an operating system of 4.0 or newer. Magic Jack is compatible with Windows XP, Vista, and 7.

For people with iPhones/iPads, (tablets, etc.that don't have a USB port)..they can download the Magic Jack App for free and it's supposedly compatible.

But I've just spent quite a while on "live-chat" with the Magic Jack people, asking them about the compatibility of the Magic Jack App on the Google Nexus 7 tablet. The Nexus 7 has a 4.2 OS, running 'Jellybean'. Direct competition to iPhone.

Question:

If the Magic Jack (Voice-Over-Internet) device and/or application is compatible with an iPhone or iPad..can I safely assume it is compatible with the Google Nexus 7 tablet..?
