Okay so i had to restore my phone to the factory settings, but i made sure i backed it up before i did. After I had restored it to the factory settings, i then restored it to the back up that i did just before… buuut, all my apps have gone, and my videos (not from camera roll) and the playlists i made in itunes! i have no idea how to get them back!
anyone know how!
