Ok, so i have an iphone 4 and im selling it to someone so I did a full reset under general - settings on the phone, the apple logo appeared with a lil loading bar at the bottom and the the screen went off and then went on to the apple logo screen again and now its stuck in that mode.itunes recognizes my phone and i can see every app that was loaded on the phone in itunes but it doesnt want to exit this apple logo screen, the charge sound also works and if i quickly press the lock button and home screen button like taking a photo, it sounds like its taken a picture lol That happened when i tried doing a hard restart. Then i tried doing the hard restart properly by holding down the buttons for a while together at the same time, it just goes back to the same apple logo screen.Is it maybe because the phone was jailbroken? Tried doing a restore on itunes by following some prompts but the download keeps failing cos my internet connection is very poor. Dunno what to do… any help would be much appreciated!
