I am 18. Female. I am already slim and trying to tone my body. I was never the athletic type of person so I find these workouts really difficult. I can't even do a modified push or planks without my arms shaking like crazy. I am doing this Nike Training workouts from the iPhone app. I've done like 13 minutes of it and I already felt like puking.Is that normal? Should I stop working out if I feel that already or should I finish the whole 30 minutes? What can I do to strengthen my body? I feel so lame for not being able to execute everything correctly. :(
