I put up an Iphone 4 on ebay, someone bought it but never paid. After 2 days i messaged them asking what was going on and they replied "i don't want it, it's verizon"---obviously this person is an idiot because it clearly said Verizon in the title. However, i relisted it and it sold. But now i want to open an 'unpaid item' case in ebay.but i no longer have the phone because i sold it, so if they do pay… what do i do?
