I signed up with sprint on the 4 of april 2013. I am not able to use the internet at all on the phone unless i'm using wifi at home and even then its a lil slow. The battery runs out very quickly.My bf has the iphone 5 but he bought it at the retail price from walmart and it works good. He has way more apps than me on his phone but the battery doesn't run out so quicky. Another thing that is bothering me is when I bought it at radio shack the guy set the phone up for me which i thought it was very nice of him but now i'm thinking maybe this is not a brand new phone. I shouldn't be having so many problems with it, right? or is Sprint really that bad. The guy at sprint said I had 14 days to exchange it for another phone.but what about getting a brand new iphone.
