My stupid sister needed money badly so walked into walmart, grabbed an iphone charger, stuffed it in her purse and walked directly over to customer service to return the item for money. She told them she didn't have her receipt but could she still return it. They gave her $20 cash and asked for her i.d. This isn't the first time she's done this.Is she in danger of being arrested?
